TURTLE TENT at the CISCO BREWERY
VENDOR / EXHIBITOR INSTRUCTIONS

Saturday 8 – 6 (4/27), Sunday 8 – 6 (4/28)
Turtle Tent set up starts by 8 am on Saturday morning.
When you arrive park near the fence, adjacent to the Tent. You will see our PMC40 flags & staff.

Our staff will assist with getting you to your spot and will stamp your hand for the event. Set up will be easy as the tent is right there.

The tent opens at 10 am to all of the Portsmouth Mini-Con attendees and at Noon to the Turtle Tent ticket holders.

Guests, at their discretion, will circulate to the tent for brief signings. There is no set schedule for this as the creators are doing this voluntarily. If they are swamped inside they will not be coming out until they slow down.

You will want to set up and break down each day as there is no overnight security.

The main room (Alemaker’s Hall) is at capacity for Saturday and approaching capacity for Sunday. I can’t promise that we will be able to accommodate any vendors being able to visit the main hall. Watch for me at the event and we’ll see if we can figure something out (but probably not on Saturday).

The event ends each day at 6 pm.
Any extension cords must be covered by a rug.

Do not tape anything to the walls.
Please remember there is NO overnight security.
